  • McConnell says the GOP goal is to make sure that the Obama administration is a total failure. We already see that they are willing to trample over the American people in order to make this happen. The one area where they couldn't say NO and stale everything was in foreign affairs.

  • In light of the hatred towards the President for the past two years, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the Republican Tea Party is behind this whole thing. Maybe they have this Aussie on their payroll.

  • Why doesn't David Gregory ever challenge Republicans like he does the Democrats!!! I've stopped watching Meet the Press as my normal routine. Now I channel surf. Would watch more if I thought he was being fair so I can stop yelling at the screen!

  • The link that Midwestlady provided was very interesting although I don't believe for one minute that it's true. Notice that they just happened to have a sign saying "Fake Tea Partier" and the guy screaming that the media that they aren't racist.

  • It would seem that no one here has been polled. I've never been polled. Neither has any of my friends, family, or co-workers. And for that matter neither has anyone that they know. We've discussed this at length many times.

  • And what happens when you don't like the regulations that the corporation decides to levy on you as an average Americans?? So it's ok if say a bank decides that they need to raise your credit card raise your rate because you have too many lines of credit....say two more than theirs.

  • this is absolutely outrageous! so now big corporations get to decide who will represent the "people" in washington??? do they hate him so much that they will shred the constitution, step on average americans, remove all checks and balances by paying for the politician that supports their bidding!  …
